Our Costa Rica Coffee comes from the mountainous region in Alajuela, Costa Rica. The region is known for producing its top quality coffee with versatile varieties. Costa Rica offers great growing conditions with its volcanic loam soil type, high altitudes, and great climate the coffee grown here has just the right levels of acidity. Strict processing standards are followed, once picked each coffee bean is de-pulped of its skin with few pieces of fruit left on for a fresher taste. Afterwards they are dried in the sun before being carefully packaged. Each bag reveals a subtly balanced and smooth flavors with a hint of sweet apple, raisin, and honey notes.
